Millennite (millennite.shop) is operated by DJAZOULI Hamid as a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, selling baby strollers, car seats and related accessories. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by email once your order is placed; a contract is formed at that point. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or priced in error — in which case we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We try to keep stock levels and pricing accurate, but errors can occasionally occur; we’ll always contact you before proceeding if something’s wrong.

Payment

We accept payment by card via Stripe only. Stripe processes your payment securely; Millennite does not store your full card details. Your order is charged at the time it is placed.

Product Use & Safety

Strollers and car seats should always be used in line with the manufacturer’s instructions and any applicable UK/EU safety standards. Always check that a car seat is compatible with your vehicle before use.

To the extent permitted by law, Millennite’s liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

All content on this site — including text, images and the Millennite name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Millennite and may not be used without permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
