Refund Policy

When You’re Eligible

You’re eligible for a refund once we’ve received and approved a return made in line with our Returns Policy (within 30 days of delivery, item in original condition).

Refund Timeframe

Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days of the return being approved.

Return Shipping

Millennite pays for return shipping on eligible returns — you will not be charged to send an item back to us, and nothing is deducted from your refund to cover it. See our Returns Policy for how to start a return.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, processed securely through Stripe. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If more than 7 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received a refund, please check with your bank first, then contact us — we’re happy to look into it.
