We want you to be completely happy with your Millennite purchase. If something isn’t right, we make returns simple and free.

Return Window

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Condition Items Must Be In

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them, with all tags, accessories and instructions included, so that we can resell them safely.

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@millennite.shop with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
2. We’ll send you a free returns label within 1 business day.
3. Pack the item securely and attach the label.
4. Drop it off at the specified courier location.

Who Pays Return Shipping

Millennite pays for return shipping — returns are completely free for you, with no deductions from your refund.

What Happens Next

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll approve it and process your refund — see our Refund Policy for timing.

Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, car seat inserts and other items that have been in direct contact with a child and show signs of use may not be eligible for return unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.
