We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is a flat £18 on every order, with no hidden fees.
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and typically arrive within 2–5 business days after that.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes — you have 30 days from delivery to return most items, and we cover the return shipping cost. See our Returns Policy for full details.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued within 7 business days of your return being approved, back to your original payment method.

How do I know if a car seat will fit my child?
Every product page includes an age/weight compatibility guide under "Suitable for" and in the Specifications tab.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit and credit card payments only, processed securely through Stripe.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Stripe is PCI-DSS certified and Millennite never sees or stores your full card details.
