Where We Ship

Millennite currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We’re not able to ship internationally at this time.

Handling Time

Orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Delivery Time & Cost

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. Shipping is a flat rate of £18 on every order, regardless of order size or weight — there are no hidden fees added at checkout.

Order Tracking

You can check the status of your order at any time on our Track Order page using your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Delays

Occasionally deliveries may be delayed by courier network disruption or severe weather. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected window, please contact us and we’ll investigate straight away.
